Steamed Buns

Perhaps since we had hummus and naan for a light snack in the late afternoon, we were not so hungry for substantial dinner.

I just munched steamed buns. I like steam buns very much since I was little. They are versatile. With/without eggs, with/without milk, and/or with/without oil, you can change basic flavors and texture. Then you can mix anything you like such as Matcha (green tea), pumpkin, sweet potato, Azuki, brown sugar, etc. This time I added egg and milk and mixed in some golden raisins.

Soft and warm steam buns always make me happy.
