Turkey & Zucchini Burgers with Green Onion & Cumin

I am getting used to turkey, thanks of Waitrose's fresh and tasty ground turkey and just found another turkey recipe from our favorite Jerusalem Cookbook was turkey and zucchini burgers. Why not try it? The result was another success! Zucchini, green onion, fresh herbs (mint and cilantro) and cumin made the burgers light and flavorful. Creamy sauce made with Greek yogurt (I skipped sour cream because I didn't have it.) and sumac was a nice accompany. J seemed like the burgers. Just one complain from him. They were too small to call burgers. They were meatballs!
