Futomaki & more

This was Futomaki, Miso soup with Tofu, and seafood & avocado salad.

It has been a long time since I made Futomaki last time. Making Futomaki takes time - cooking dried Shiitake, dried long strips of gourd (Kanpyo), and freeze-dried Tofu (Koya-tofu). However since I haven't met Futomaki that I like in the US so far, whenever I would like to eat Futomaki, I have to make by myself. Is it worthy to do so?  
Of course, YES!
