Interesting Salmon Dish from Lures
Sunny-side up egg, salmon filet, jumbo lump crab, sautéed spinach, fresh avocado, cilantro and horseradish mashed potato on the bottom. This creative mix and match dish tasted fine and wasn't strange actually. In fact I enjoyed it and ate up quickly.
