Homemade Irish Soda Bread, revisit
I haven't made it for a while. I had milk, yogurt, dried currants and raisins, nuts, and fresh orange, and there was nothing for breakfast. It was a time to revisit! Like the last time, I adapted a recipe by Ina Garten, with some changes like making buttermilk with low-fat yogurt and low-fat milk and adding toasted walnuts and sliced almonds. After 50 minute baking, a lovely big loaf came out from the oven!
