Blueberry Pancakes
J is not keen on sweet breakfast. If I offer him pancakes, it's five to one I will lose. Maybe ten to one. So, this time was miracle. He said yes! After I pour the pancake batter on a pre-heated non-stick pan, making three at once, I placed several blueberries on each pancake and flipped the pancakes after about 3 minutes to cook the other side.
