Beef Steak Fajita with Spanish Rice
I usually serve beef steak fajita with tomato, lettuce, cheese, guacamole on a tortilla and that ends up with a giant pillow-shaped wrap. It's messy to eat and too much for tummy. I think the problem is I can't find a right size of tortilla. Too small or too big. Then I buy too big tortillas. To avoid such a situation, I served beef steak fajita with homemade Spanish rice. The result was very good! Now I don't need to buy too big tortillas anymore.
