Sandwich Party with Bettys Bread Box

It was our first time to try Bettys Bread Box! Fresh four kinds of bread - Yorkshire Cobble, Spiced Fruit Loaf, Malted Grain Bread, and Sourdough Bread - arrived home safely. They were wrapped individually and looked nice. It looked a lot of bread for two of us. However, we enjoyed Spiced Fruit Load for breakfast and did a sandwich party with the other three breads for lunch/dinner twice, and almost of all bread have gone. 

Three kinds of breads became three kinds of sandwiches: egg salad and cucumber; ham, cheese, tomato and lettuce; and smoked salmon with fresh dill cream cheese. J's favorite was smoked salmon. He usually doesn't choose something with cream cheese, but apparently this was an exception. The homemade fresh diff cream cheese spread was savory and went with smoked salmon well. I love British cream cheese, which is called "soft cheese." It's lighter, milder, less salty, less sour than one in US. I wonder what makes the difference...
