Classic Spaghetti & Meatballs, again


I made classic spaghetti and meatballs again! However, there were a couple of new aspects. The tomato sauce was not homemade marinara sauce but tomato sauce, which I made up with Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients soffritto passata. I am a big fan of the product and keep at least one bottle in the pantry. The rich and flavorful tomato sauce was a wonderful match for meatballs. Another new aspect was our  new deep plate by Kähler. The shape was perfect to hold spaghetti as well as meatballs neatly. The tomato sauce looked nice on the deep green color, too.
