Lemony Shrimp & Bean Soup

This was another dish with J's special butter beans. The recipe was by New York Times. The dish was easy to make and only several simple ingredients called for. Then, it turned out very well. All good! Although the name of the dish doesn't mention it, leek is the key here in my opinion. It brought lovely sweetness and silky texture to the stew. It should not be replaced with onions or shallots in this case.
