Oven Baked Pork Schnitzel

My Pork Schnitzel was not fried but oven-baked. The result was no greasy yet nicely crispy! Apparently I am not the only one who bakes pork schnitzel as I have seen several recipes of baked schnitzel. Also, Many baked schnitzel seem to be made with chicken. I guess there are more people with a healthy thinking.
