Beef Tacos
Lettuce, tomato, cheese and taco-seasoned ground beef... it sounds like nothing special, but there was something new for us - taco seasoning. We bought a jar of Taco spice at Penzeys. It was the familiar taco taste that didn't surprise us, I mean not like "Wow! this is the taco revolution!" but properly flavorful and less salty than other brands. We will make tacos with the seasoning again.
Taco dinner always ends up messy hands and plates but we don't mind because it's fun and yummy.
