Chocolate Mice & Snowmen for Christmas 2014

The cutest 16 chocolate mice and 9 snowmen visited us again!

They are always welcome to home! J bought those cuties as parts of Christmas gifts to me. It was so sweet of him! These fine handmade chocolate were delicate and flavorful. Not heavy at all. So, I can't stop picking up one after another... well, they are all-natural, fresh ganaches. We should enjoy them while they are fresh, right?

I am a very picky in terms of chocolate (and other things) and L.A. Burdick has been one of my favorite chocolatiers. Yes, J remembers it!
