Beef Stroganoff

This was Beef Stroganoff on egg noodles.

The recipe by Cooks Illustrated called for sirloin steak tips. I went to a local grocery store and couldn't find it. So I went back home with sirloin steak. Well, it was going to be sliced and mixed with 1 pound of mushroom in rich source anyway. I hoped a little different name of the beef won't be a big matter. Fortunately the result was fine!
