Lemon Cream Pie with Pink Whipped Cream

This was lemon cream pie with pink whipped cream.

It's finally spring. I wanted to make something springy. Chilled fresh lemony creamy pie sounded close to my wish. I know a great recipe for it.
I topped the pie with whipped cream before, which I liked. So I thought of doing so this time too, but wanted to make it somehow springy too. I tinted the whipped cream with raspberry sauce that I made with frozen fresh raspberries, imaging pretty pale pink cherry blossoms. Lovely, isn't it? Plus, fresh berry flavor brightened up the plain heavy cream taste. Wonderful, isn't it?
