First Pullman Loaf
This was my first Pullman loaf!
I bought a pullman loaf mold last year and hadn't had a chance to use it. There were many recipes online for 13 inch length mold, but mine was 9 inch. I came back to my usual classic white sandwich bread recipe, skipping dried non-fat milk powder, which I didn't have in hand, reducing butter to 4 table spoons from 6, and replacing water with low-fat milk. That obviously worked well. Here was my beautifully shaped golden loaf!

The mold was by USA Pans - heavy-duty aluminized steel with non-stick Americoat. I sprayed the inside with non-stick oil spray in case. My loaf came out smoothly.
What shall I do with the loaf? Of course, making sandwiches! To be continued...
