Chocolate & Vanilla Yogurt Mousse Parfait

These were chocolate and vanilla yogurt mousse parfait.

We liked lemon and raspberry yogurt mousse parfait, so I created a different version with the same yogurt mousse base. Chocolate layer was flavored with French dark chocolate and rum. While layer was flavored with vanilla extract. I wanted to make even layers but chocolate layer was heavier than vanilla layer. The chocolate layer between vanilla layers sank into the vanilla layer below. The chocolate layer looked thinner but the most part was actually hidden in the glass.

Just like this. Without lemon and with chocolate, this parfait was much richer than the lemon and raspberry version. I liked this but might prefer lemon and raspberry combination.
