Lemon & Raspberry Yogurt Mousse Parfait

These were lemon and raspberry yogurt mousse parfait.

This pink and white stripped mousse parfait was my creation by adapting a recipe of lemon yogurt mousse that I found on CookPad, Japanese recipe portal. I halved the recipe, replaced all sugar with Splenda and increased whipped cream a little bit. Then, I created raspberry layer with cooked frozen raspberries. The bottom of the glasses was crushed graham crackers.
Fluffy, creamy, lemony, berry, refreshing, cool. No sugar added! Perfect for a summer-like-hot spring day's evening.
