Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake with Whipped Cream
The sticky sweet dried fruits are my new favorite ingredients for baking. I don't think I had dates in Japan, so they are relatively new in my life. This pudding cake, which I made once a long time ago, was a reason why I knew and took an enormous liking to dates. The cake was actually my dream cake. I love any desserts that have pudding in the name as well as any desserts served warm, especially along with cool toppings like ice cream and whipped cream. I am a whipped cream lover. I love rummy sweets; the toffee sauce has one tablespoon of rum. Not only I but also J enjoyed this dessert very much. It's really irresistible. Really.
