Cinnamon Scones

These were cinnamon scones.

I asked J what he would like for breakfast, scones, pancakes, potatoes, etc. He said scones. What flavors would he like, I asked. He said cinnamon. Just cinnamon.

I mixed generous amount of cinnamon into my usual Scottish scone dough. They were slightly sweet and lovely cinnamony with a hint of vanilla. I hope they were exactly or at least very close to what J asked for. I guess so because he consumed some for the breakfast and some for snacks later.
