Homemade Beef Empanadas

This was homemade beef empanadas.


One day before my short trip to Japan, I had made 12 of them and refrigerated a few and froze the rest for J so that he could snack them during my absence.

When I came back just two of them was in the freezer. They became my snack. They were tasty. And I was impressed they kept very well in the freezer. J must have enjoyed 10!
