Lakeshore Berry Mini-Pie from Grand Traverse Pie Company

This was a Lakeshore Berry Mini-Pie from Grand Traverse Pie Company.

LS is Lakeshore! It was the third and sadly last one of a set of the mini-pies we ordered. The filling was a mix of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and Michigan Spy apples. There were two choices for the topping: flaky pastry or toasty crumb. We picked the former, which was very thin and light. We liked it!  

Of course, we couldn't serve a piece without whipped cream. The pie was packed with fruits and absolutely delicious like the other two! Grand Traverse, the best pie shop ever! I wish they open a store in our town...
