Pan-Seared Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
Homemade creamy dill sauce - made with shallots, dill pickle relish, of course fresh dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, and a little bit of mayo - was delicious with quick pan-seared wild caught Alaska salmon. I was very happy that J who usually doesn't like tartar sauce enjoyed the dish.
