Baltzersen's Apple Tarts

Recently I stopped by at Baltzersens to see how their tart project was going. There was only a kind of tart, which was apple tarts, available. In short, the tart was simply delicious. A delicate buttery crust was filled with tender apple spiced with cinnamon brightly and nutty crumbles. It pushed my "apple" button; now I would like to make my own apple desserts!
