Barcelona, Spain 3 - Firebug

Breakfast at Firebug was enjoyable. J had chorizo hash - spinach, chorizo, sautéed potatoes, manchego cheese, poached egg, topped with herb oil. I believe he liked the dish very much. Mine was penny farthing pancakes - with banana, walnuts, greek yogurt & pancake syrup. It was just what I wanted to start a day!

Firebug was located near Arco de Triunfo de Barcelona, an archway built as the main entrance to the Universal Exhibition hosted by the city in 1888. We saw green birds around the gate and later realized that green birds were everywhere in the city!
