Christmas Cookie Factory

Our kitchen became a Christmas cookie factory some days ago. Four dozens of Chocolate Crinkle Cookies were baked! I doubled the recipe, mixed of 90% and 60% cacao chocolate bars instead of 100%, and replaced light brown sugar with dark brown sugar. The result seemed somewhat flatter and fudgier. I hope they were enjoyable for who has received some. Merry Christmas!
