Eggs Benedict

Due to my mistake on Waitrose online order, which didn't surprise J, we had four packs of six eggs in hand. Eggs Benedict was an excellent solutions that I could think about to use eggs both effectively and efficiently at that time because I also had some English muffins and British bacons in hand. I still can't make four porched eggs all at once perfectly. I broke one but the rest of three were fine. On the other hand, I haven't had any problem to make hollandaise sauce. It's always quick and easy. Eggs Benedict for two was a very nice breakfast. Bye-bye, six eggs!
