Thai-ish Stir-fry Rice Noodles with Shrimps & Broccoli

I have been trying to get oyster sauce from Waitrose online but they have always told me the item was unavailable on their delivery day. I was going to make pad see ew (Thai stir fried soy sauce noodles) with oyster sauce but my creation with soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice became something between pad see ew and pad thai. The result was tasty. Maybe I don't need oyster sauce after all?
