The 5th Bâtard

My 5th bâtard came out from the oven.

This time I followed the same recipe as my 4th bâtard, but I must have used slightly less water. Actually I admit I accidentally used a bit more water than the recipe last time.

That was why this had less air holes, very crispy crust - we liked it as well as the 4th.
