Caffè Mocha Loaf
I baked a loaf of bread with a swirl made up of caffè mocha layer (espresso, milk, chocolate) and capputtino layer (espresso, milk). I dropped a generous spoon of whipped cream on my slices of the loaf. The loaf was very soft and not so sweet. It tasted, yes, like lovely smooth coffee.
At first, while I was baking this loaf, the aroma from the oven made me confirm the bread would taste remarkable.
Then, when I sliced the loaf, the charming swirl captivated me.
Even though I am not a regular coffee drinker, this coffee bread experience amazingly entertained me.
