Zürcher Geschnetzeltes - Tofu version w/ Rösti 2

"What would you like for dinner?" I asked. "Let's see...," J started browsing my blog, flipping pages, and pointed "this!" Then, here again, Tofu version of Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, and potato Rösti.

I couldn't believe it was already some months ago when I made these. I just felt it was just some weeks ago. Time flies as usual.

Using the same recipes, we enjoyed revisiting to these Swiss-ish delicious veggie meals and surely will make them again!
