Blueberry-Lemon Muffins

These were Blueberry-Lemon Muffins.

I added extra lemon zest and 2 tablespoon limoncello in my basic blueberry muffin dough. They were refined sugar free! I used Splenda for sweetness. And they had total just three tablespoon butter to minimize fat to be healthy, but with low-fat yogurt power, the muffins were moist and tender.
They were lovely lemony berry muffins. Great for J's breakfast.
