Tuna Salad on Brioche
We bought Brioche at Paul Bakery in Georgetown, a French chain of bakery, established in 1889 and now scattering hundreds of the franchised stores not only in France but also around the world. Since some years ago I have started seeing Paul at multiple locations in the DC. While I bake bread by myself, a new good bakery around the DC area is always welcome!
