J's Western Sandwich with Newly Shaped White Bread

This was J's Western Sandwich.

J stood in the kitchen! His Western Sandwich is always lovely - pan-fried buttery bread and yummy runny yolk in the middle.

The bread was my usual homemade white sandwich bread. But the shape was different. I bought a larger pound cake mold, which shaped the bread much more like "commercial" in a good way. I liked the old funny big head mushroom shape, but that was a little difficult to slice and hold sandwich ingredients.
