Morel & Chanterelle Mushroom Risotto

This was morel and chanterelle mushroom risotto.

It was my first cooking with dried morel mushrooms! They were such cute mushrooms. I added dried chanterelle mushrooms that I had in hand. I made up a recipe.  
I have made risotto, like a simple (but so tasty!) Milanese style many times. This was something like that - sauté onion, add rice, add white wine, add the mixture of vegetable broth and mushroom juice little by little and simmer. At the last, mix in soften mushrooms, fresh chive and cheese!
And more cheese on the top! The risotto was delicious indeed. I should always keep dried wild mushrooms in the pantry.
