Thai-ish Stir-fried Pork with Zucchini & Bell Peppers

This was Thai-ish stir-fried pork with zucchini and bell peppers.

Two slices of leftover pork loin became this Thai-ish sweet-tangy made-up dish. I marinated pork with a little bit of salt, pepper, soy sauce, Sake, and cornstarch to keep pork moist and tender. For the sauce, I played with soy sauce, Sake, Splenda, oyster sauce and fish sauce. For a Thai-ish flavor, fish sauce was a must. I forgot to pick up a lime, so I used lemon juice to add a final sour touch.    
I sautéed pork with ginger, garlic, J's hot red pepper, and veggies. A whole green pepper, half a red pepper, and a whole zucchini. J and I ate all those veggies with pork and rice! J asked me to make this kind of veggie meal again. It'll be my pleasure.
