Home-Corned Beef Sandwich on Home-Baked Pumpernickel Bread

This was home-corned beef sandwich on home-baked pumpernickel bread.

It was another way to enjoy home-corned beef. For the special sandwich, I baked pumpernickel bread by adapting a recipe on the bag of King Arther Flour's pumpernickel flour. The recipe strangely didn't include baking temperature. I checked a couple of other recipes and set at 375F.
The bread had lovely light and tender crumbs!
Tomatoes, greens, cheese, red onion, and French mustard also jointed the sandwich boat.
Home-made sandwich for dinner is always a special treat like this!
