Caramel & Walnut Cake from Bonaparte Breads

This was caramel and walnut cake from Bonaparte Breads.

It must be a new cake because we haven't seen it before. It looked cute and how the combination of caramel and walnut could go wrong?! We bought one to share.

Well, it was ok. Just ok in my opinion. J didn't say anything, so I don't know his thought. I didn't find anything caramel-y. The cream between sponge cakes (a kind of butter cream?) didn't taste much while the cake was nicely light. It was nice to see a new item anyway because we always love to try something new. Please keep introducing new sweet and savory pastries!
