Kedgeree, again

This was Kedgeree, again!

I made it as I did the last time and it was as delicious as before! We have one more pack of smoked haddock, which means we can make Kedgeree one more time anytime we like.

Like the last time, we had Kedgeree, traditionally served as breakfast, for lunch/dinner. I still think it can be a delightful savory breakfast while with our generous serving portion, it has been a substantial meal, great for lunch or dinner.
