Veggie Tagine, again

This was Veggie Tagine, again!

Another lucky day! J said yes to my veggie dinner plan. I was so excited and made a bowl of fresh tomato, cucumber and kale mix salad, too. Veggie after veggie. It sounded wonderful.

Apparently not for J. He claimed it was a violation of the contract. He is funny. He finished up his the double veggie meal anyway. And I cheered him up with a special dessert. All is well that ends well, right?
