Cucina Al Volo's Fettuccine with Homemade Lamb/Beef Bolognese Sauce

We have been eating Cuccina Al Volvo's fresh pasta for the past three days. This was the fourth and last day: plain fettuccine with homemade lamb/beef Bolognese sauce. I am very sure that we eat pasta more than any other carb.
