Swedish Cookies from Unna Bakery
Three kinds of traditional Swedish cookies have arrived here! I have been curious about cookies from Unna Bakery, a Swedish cookie specialist in New York for a while since I saw their cookies at Dean and Deluca last fall. Recently I was looking for some kinds of sweets for my mother's birthday. I couldn't miss this opportunity to try Unna Bakery's.
Vanilla Dream was the most crunchy and sweetest among three. Raspberry cave was fine but didn't have anything special. Cardamon Crisp wasn't crispy, rather caky. Less sweet with a lovely cardamon flavor. I liked all but Cardamon was my favorite. I believe J agrees with me. Actually I sent my mother only a box of raspberry and vanilla each because I thought the cardamon's flavor could be too much for my mother. Now I would like her to try our favorite cardamon cookies. Perhaps if she likes raspberry and vanilla, I might send cardamon next.
