Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Ramen) with Poached Chicken Breast

Summer is the time of Hiyashi Chuka (cold ramen)! I adapted a recipe from shirogohan.com, a traditional Japanese cooking recipe website that I have been visiting regularly. For toppings, I also adapted a recipe for poached chicken breast from the site. I didn't know poached chicken breast is called "Salad Chicken" in Japan and it's a common item sold at a convenience store there. The noodles were by Sun Noodle. The result was very good! It was a very satisfying one-bowl meal in the hot afternoon.
