These Fortnum & Mason's assorted cookies were one of our mutual Christmas gifts that we bought in London. After our tea break at
The Gallery, we bravely went back to the super crowded shopping floor and successfully purchased this large cookie box decorated with golden pattern on F&M's signature color "Eau de Nil (water of the Nile)," a pale blue-green color tin. Beautiful!
There are only five kind of cookies in the photo - chocolate pearl, lemon curd, stem ginger, macadamia nut and salted caramel, but actually there was one more that couldn't join to the photo shooing - fruit & nut flapjack. Each had a different flavor and texture while all were buttery and delightful! It's so difficult to pick a favorite, but I would say macadamia nut - sweetly nutty, soft and creamy.
