Better Singapore Noodles
I remember that I made Singapore Noodles once before. It was a quite long time ago. I don't remember anything about it... This blog remembers it. Going back to 2014, there was a post about Singapore Noodles! I don't remember I wrote it!
Without seeing the old post, I started searching recipes online, found a couple of potential ones, and combined them and output a new recipe. I hope I remembered what I did. Ingredients were shallots, red bell pepper, shrimps, roasted ham, scallions, and egg. I soaked rice noodles in hot tap water about 30 minutes. Curry powder was Penzey's. I drizzled a little bit of sesame oil at the end. The result was very good. It must be better than one made in 2014.
