Buta-Tama, again!
Buta-Tama version of Okonomiyaki = Japanese savory cabbage pancakes with fatty pork slices, again! This time I had dried bonito flakes, or Katsuo-bushi that is a traditional topping for Okonomiyaki. I made a huge round of Buta-tama. J had a quarter; I had half and the last quarter for lunch on next day. The almost all parts of the pancake is cabbage. I felt I was doing right.
