Baked Hake in Foil with Savory Scallion Soy Sauce
Maybe this was our first time to buy Hake. I baked two fillets in foil and served with homemade savory scallion soy sauce along with asparagus and flower carrots. I thought the dish looked cute. The actual key ingredient in the dish was unnoticeable scallion in the sauce. It was because I reproduced them! I saved the root sides (about 5cm) of some scallions and water-cultivated them in a small tumbler. Give them sunshine and change water twice a day: morning and evening.
