Shrimp & Macaroni Gratin

Making Béchamel sauce is actually easy, so making shrimp and macaroni gratin was pretty easy. While I put some cheese on top, the amount of cheese I used here was much less that those for mac and cheese. My gratin was creamy and rich but lighter than my usual mac'n cheese.

My father loved macaroni gratin. I wished I could share my delicious gratin with him.
