J's Smoked Kipper Fillets

We have been lucky to have delicious kipper of Ramus Seafood delivered home during the lockdown, thanks to Fodder! They offer kipper fillets, not a whole. While handling a whole fish is an entertainment, fillets are neat to prep and eat. I felt fillets are a bit salter than a whole, which could be just my imagination.
