Caramel Custard Puddings

Homemade caramel custard puddings were heavenly smooth and creamy. The slightly bitter taste of caramel sauce gave accent beautifully. 

My pudding basins were pretty small. My dream is to make caramel custard pudding in a large bowl and dig it with a spoon. I will share part of it with J, of course!
